These Mr. S Leather cuffs are designed to be worn around the thighs. Two D-rings provide tie-down points – attach a pair of your favourite handcuffs to these.
The thigh cuffs are 9 cm wide and wrap around the top of the legs, and are secured with Velcro and a buckle.
